Not Good!!
Energy and focus was close to non-existant compared to every other pre-workout I have tried (craze, neurocore, NO Xplode, 1MR, jack3d, micro, etc... Buy some 200mg caffeine tabs or drink 2 cups of coffee and save yourself $25.00 and dull headache.

Laser Sharp Focus...
I have read other reviews on this product and they all have been steller. I have found however that my stomach is sensetive and cannot handle too many products or supplements. This however has a great taste...love the raspberry just because I do like sour things...not a bad sour.This product works well for school and helps me keep my focus and retention of the material longer during long instructional sessions.
