I got mine, all in shape. If you buy it, please keep in mind some points that will save your time: 1. For adjusting height, don't elongate the legs first, go for the neck and then the legs. 2. The smartphone holder(whatever...), the metal frame is to be stretched and then the smartphone to be fixed. (If you don't know this, you can be a fool, you must know this! 3. There is a side lever on the mount(whatever...) on which the holder is to be screwed. On pulling the lever, a part of the mount will be detach(on pulling, maybe). Below the detached part, there is a metal ring that keeps the screw above in place. Hold tightly that ring from below, and rotate tight the smartphone holder from above. You will know when you will do it. 4. There is a green cylinder with some fluid(whatever... it's called)(I take no stock in terminology) can be used for claiberation, Horizontal, got it.
