Very good quality capsules. I take one capsule with a meal twice a day. Pro-ven has improved the quality of my 'end product' significantly 😆. This product isn't cheap, but I think it's worthwhile 😀 Advice: don't open the capsules and sprinkle the contents onto food. The capsule protects the bacteria 🦠 from stomach acid - many will be killed before they reach your gut. Avoid hot drinks while taking the capsules, as the bacteria don't like high temperatures.

been having a lot of gut issue and gas building up these work great - genuinely believe everyone needs to have probiotics as gut health is vital for overall health these really help build a stronger gut especially to help aid and fight all that bad bacteria and bugs we build up from the crap foods we eat using these for 1 month consistently can reli3eve a lot of stomach problems and can really help with other health benefits in lifestyle.

Great would buy again
We were recommended these as my son had a nasty virus definitely a great way to get probiotics as I was buying drinks but he would forget to drink them. These are great he takes them with food seem to have made a difference

Not real benefit or change. Won't buy again.
I was sceptical about these before taking them. Do they really do much for you. Well after 2 months of taking them I haven't really noticed much difference. Taking 1 a day I just don't see the benefit of these versus the cost. Can't say if they improved gut health or if they were effective becuase I couldn't see any difference between not taking them.
