Ultra product is good. But the one we received is a defective piece. It has a big crack at the bottom and the motor itself too shaky...None of the switchtes(start button, timer button) were not working. All these issues found while unpacking the product for the first time. Feel so upset and dissatisfied. Seller should concern on the above mentioned issues. Not concentrating on these will destroy customer's faith.

I ordered because of the latest timer model and My sister is using this brand for more than ten years but when I purchased n started using for the very first time Latch is getting opened up while adding ingredients. Disappointed ...... Please do quality check before delivering the product. I bought it in offer but because of unavailability and this defective product I am not getting replacement now n losing the offer. Returning it.
