Cockatoo Heavy Expanded Rubber Toning Tube

This resistance tube by Cockatoo is nice but no exercise chart & door loop attachment included.This can be pulled & stretched above the head using both arm while standing at 6 feet tall, like doing shoulder press. The product says heavy but that depends upon individual strength, technique and product durability on tightness level as on regular exercise use the tube tends to get loose in few weeks and pull tension reduces. When new, resistance tension would be approx 7kgs in a single grip pull but drops by 50% on regular use.Grip is foam covered & approx length is 4 & half inches.Good product for beginners. 3 star as it got loose in 40 days.

This product is good for doing exercise as this is the hardest tube so the resistance is very good.For beginners i would not recommend this inspite of buying this buy the soft or medium one once you are comfortable with medium then go for this one..Durability is very good as i have used this product for 6 months on daily basis and still this product is as good as new.Ease to use as it has no parts for assembling and you can use it directly.i would highly recommend you to buy this..

Not satisfied with quality and its durability. NO DOOR ANCHORIt is good for physiotherapy excercises at home. You can do nearly all exercises at home with this resistance band. Howver, don't expect any muscle gain with this band. For that, you will have to hit the gym.

Resistivity of rope is very low. It is not a heavy resistance band. And quality is also very bad. I don't recommended this product.Increase your budget for have a better resistance tube. In this range this is not a prrfect heavy resistance band with wanted quality.

Expected a bit harder resistance...I thought it would be as tough as level 5.ordered it because its written HEAVY TUBE.I gave gifted it to my wife... now she is happly using.*** its not for the tough guys. :-)

Cockatoo Toning Tube GreenEarlier I baught this product it was very good I had used it for 6 months But this time it was cracked completly within 2 & 1/2 months Do not aspects such a rough material. Durability =0, sturdiness = 0

Works as designed, good product. I use it quite a bit but wish I had the one with heavier tubing.

Can help you much if you really know how to use it.
