This fiber powder works really well! It mixes easily into drinks without changing the taste much, which I love. It has helped with digestion and keeps everything more regular. While the Vital Planet fiber supplement is relatively expensive, it is an excellent way to boost your fiber consumption. I have tried the psyllium husk supplements and those were hard on my stomach. The Vital Planet fiber supplement is easy on my stomach and seems to do the job in helping regular bowel movements.

I am so impressed with the Vital Planet products.. The Vital Fiber is just what I need daily to maintain a healthy colon. The price point is a bit higher than I usually pay, but for me it has the right ingredients to keep my colon moving along.
