I got this because my husband has elbow tendinitis and was using ice packs on it. I wanted him to have something better. I ordered this and an adjustable one, because I wasn't sure what would be best. He loves this one! He says it's significantly more comfortable than the adjustable one AND it fits better! I like that it's all one piece and not something where you have to stick a pack into the sleeve. Makes it all so simple!I definitely recommend trying this product!

I have Ehlers-danlos syndrome, and one of the issues is I'm always!! Dislocating or having a sprained joint. Pulled muscles. Multiple Multiple surgeries. I have every brace and I've pack you can think of. However this little guy right here is the best. Freeze it in the bag or comes in. And you'll have the most comfortable ice sleeve that last hours. Heated is like the best warm hug on your joints. No clumping up, I can still sleep like a baby it's that comfortable. Just buy it. Hell buy 2.

These things are absolutely bloody awesome! I have to ice my knees three times a day and these things slide on and off easily and provide therapy for the whole knee. Because they chill quickly, I am able to use them 3x a day without worrying if they will be cold enough. My one wish is that they didn't heat up quite so quickly, but I understand that they are covering a large surface area and taking that into account, they do a good job.

I got this to compliment one I got from my doctor, and while it works, it does not seem to stay as cold as long, nor is it as firm as the one I got from the doctor's office. (Maybe 20 minutes versus 25; it's not a problematic difference). But the fabric feels different, the gel filling feels different, and the packaging is different (both the shipping package and the freezer bag).

I had ny tennis elbow for almost 7 mos now due to dumbells . Though the arms doesnt hurt anymore, the epicondyle are feeling sore everyday. Doctor told me to cold wrap and This product works great.

This is the best ice pack I have ever encountered and used. Not hard. Pliable. Retains its coldness for what seems like an indefinite period of time. So soft. Stays where placed. I keep buying and gift to my friends.

This thing is cold, and is great for pain.

Great item I use it for heat most. But it doesn’t stay warm enough. Only 5 or 7 minutes. I have to go back to the microwave
