Bought this on 20th September. Today is 27th November. The router started giving problems a week ago. It loses power at random. Can’t spot where the problem is. Either the router or the connection is bad. But the power outlet is good. Not sure if I can recommend it.

The ordered product is not working and the box of its damaged a bit...

If you need a plain vanilla, low-cost router, this one might be just the ticket. It sets up easily and works reliably. Don't look to this model for advanced features like dual-band operation, very high speeds, extended range and QoS. I don't even remember if it offers a Access Point or Range Extender modes - the former disables the router and DHCP features and enables the router to act as a simple wireless access point, and the latter makes it a slave to a separate router in order to extend the range of your wireless network. But it does offer features that you should be able to expect from a router, such as port forwarding and the ability to reserve IP addresses for specific devices, such as computers sharing resources and network printers.

Sin duda este modem es una gran opción para aquellos que quieran expandir su señal wi fi o para poner como segundo módem o incluso como modem para invitados, ya que cuenta con control de ancho de banda y es extremadamente fácil de instalar y personalizar. Solo lo único a tener en cuenta es que cuenta solo con banda de 2.4 GH de 50 Mbps y por cable no transmite más de 100 Mbps, por lo demás es una excelente adquisición.Altamente recomendado.

I purchased this simply because we were going to the coast for vacation, and staying in a beach house that didn't have wi-fi. Not even a computer, just an Internet/DSL outlet source for connection. I didn't know if this would work for what I wanted, which was just to obtain a wi-fi signal for using our tablets & Xbox One.So, out of the box, I plugged the power adaptor into the wall, then plugged the ethernet cable into the router's main WAN port, pushed the "on" button, and there we had it! Wi-fi up and ready, easy breezy! No configuring anything, just plugged it in. The security password/code to connect is printed on the bottom of the router. Connecting all of our devices was easy and all connected without a hitch! We had a total of six electronics connected, and movie streaming from Netflix occurring on two of those devices at the same time, no problem!Very satisfied with this router & Highly recommend to anyone!
