Great for severe itchy scalp/psoriasis/eczemaI had a dry itchy scalp over the last 5 months.In May, it started becoming flaky, burning, and extremely irritated scalp. I bought it right away.This stuff is well worth it.I take it every day along with multivitamins, probiotics (pill form and kimchi), D2 & K3, and my scalp psoriasis is making a fast turn around.(I use liquid black seed oil, and shampoo with an elixir of Sebex/TGel intense itching XStrength and 2% Ketoconozale shampoo all together and let sit on my scalp for 5 minutes once per week)There is no flaking, my scalp is clear and not burning or itching!At first, l-glutamine did make me break out all over my face. Like huge painful cystic acne but I assumed that meant my body was detoxing and I believe it was because I no longer am breaking out.I take 5mg in about 16oz of cold water and it doesn’t taste bad.I was curious to see how much the relief of my scalp itchiness/psoriasis was attributed to this powder so for the sake of science, I stopped taking it for one week and I did notice a slight itch coming on so I am confident that this really is a contributing factor to keeping my psoriasis under control.Also, I ordered it at 7am and it arrived at 10am the same day.I will be buying this again....Stocking up actually! 😆✌🏼

So grateful for this Clean L-Glutamine product and for Richard’s candid, humorous advice for relieving gut pain.Currently on a maintenance dose of 1 tsp before each meal. I simply mix easily into my glass of water and stir. No yucky taste or texture. Best of all, all those painful IBS symptoms are gone, thanks to carefully adding this to my healthy eating. With the unbelievable relief I got from this, I purchased other ES products one by one. I love it that they are clean, pure, affordable, and they work!!

Has a slight taste but dissolves well in water after being stirred. I can't yet tell if it's helping me but it hasn't made anything worse!

I followed the leaky gut program and I took this accordingly. Now I take two tsp a day in a glass of water. There is absolutely no taste or altering of the water texture. It is not thick at all - it just tastes like regular water. But do drink it on an empty stomach as directed. Before I started taking this and from my leaky gut I would be nauseous and tired all the time. A person can not live well this way. All of my leaky gut symptoms are under control by taking this and also adding digestive enzymes to my leaky gut diet. This is also very helpful to take between meals to stop sweet cravings as I can not have sugary foods. I know by taking this it helps to heal my stomach lining and end leaky gut.

So... this is pretty cool! I have been suffering from diagnosed leaking gut and finally started taking Essential Stacks L-Glutamine and digestive enzymes. If you do the megadose protocol as I did, it works like a charm. Side note. I love wine and can easily drink a full bottle while cooking a beautiful meal, eating and relaxing after. Not something I am particularly proud of but a fact. Here’s the weird thing.. was doing my usual thing... getting food prepared to cook, wine opened, glass poured.. absolutely no desire to drink it. Still drank a glass and put a wine stopper in the bottle and set it aside. ( my husband put his hand on my forehead and asked if I was Ok😂) Out of curiosity, I googled “ L- Glutamine to take away alcohol cravings and was pleasantly surprised to see that YES, indeed it does dramatically curb alcohol/ sugar cravings. Go figure!! Win/ Win!!

So I have been using the l glutamine, probiotic, digestive enzyme and candida complete from your products it's been a little over a month.Here is a little background on me. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis about 3-4 years ago. But had been progressively getting worse even with medications.(not to mention the side effects). I was on methotrexate, prednisone (for flare ups), and humira.I was dealing with a bad flare up few months ago and I was desperate and wanted to get off the prescribed meds. So, I started eating Paleo kind of way and stumbled on your website goodbye leaky gut. Purchased the products and started taking them right away. I kid you not I was pain free on the third day. I have stopped all prescribed meds and have no pain (except on days where I over do my exercises). I cannot believe it! I am so grateful to you! I am still taking your products and my diet hasn't been that great and still no pain.

I saw someone giving this 1 star for not having measuring scoop. That's too extreme.The product is high quality, but I'm allergic to it it seems like. Tried using it for my eczema but didn't really help sadly (I actually got itchy after using it). Also it's hard to scoop out powder because the opening is too small.
