Alivila.Y Fashion Corset Womens PVC Renaissance Lace up Boned Bustier Garter Straps

I bought this corset to go with my first-ever Renaissance Faire costume. I was able to adjust it for a good fit, but I'm wondering if a larger size might have been better. I ordered a Medium and I'm 5'6", ~155 lbs, most of my weight is in my hips, but I had to loosen the back laces quite a bit. I still think it looked great and I got lots of compliments :) It seems like pretty good quality so far. Sturdy, pretty, no loose threads or weak seams. The only thing that I'm less-than-satisfied about is the shoulder straps. They seem just a hair too loose and had a tendency to fall off of my shoulders. Again, this might've been remedied if I had ordered a larger size so that I could lace the back more closely. Not sure. Finally, this also came with a matching thong, but I didn't use that and it doesn't look super high-quality.

I had to return the first one to get two sizes up! I also had to shorten the shoulder straps and scoot them in a few inches to keep them from falling off my shoulders all day. It was super easy to do, though, so it was definitely not a big deal. Even an incredibly inexperienced costumer could handle this alteration on their own. I wore this every Saturday for two months and it held up great. It's definitely not an expensive steel boned corset but you get more than you pay for with this piece, in my opinion.

I love it, I don't love the ties, they are slippery to hold onto and you need to do little adjustments here and there. But I love wearing it..don't even need a reason to lol

Definitely have to replace the strings, but the material is great.it has a suede look to the fabric. I ordered the brown in 6xl, size seems good. Not too small, not too big.👍 I wear a US size 16-18 and I wear a 34K bra size.Will update after I wear it.**It fits ok, the straps fall off my shoulders like most people complain about but that should be an easy fix. Over all though I really do love it!

I bought this corset to try and use as part of my costume for the renaissance fair, however it was terribly small. I am normally any where from a L/XL and about a 38F bra size. I ordered a 2X but it was still maybe 2 sizes too small. I had to completely unlace the front and the back to zip the up the corset. On the back of the corset the modesty panel would not pull all the way across when lacing. Also the the lacing for the corset was just one piece of nylon string, something easily found at any craft store. The string in the back was not long enough for lacing properly. Even with help lacing the back, every time we tried to get it tighter the string would come undone. The corset looks pretty but in practicality it is a bad design. If you are more on the curvy side or have a bigger bust consider ordering 2 or maybe even 3 sizes up if you really want this one.

Surprisingly fits well, I loved it. Fits any size from Large to 3x. Boobs looks awesome in it as well

I followed the size guide to a tee & it's NOT even close to fitting me even when u adjust the strings.... and it's not FAUX leather it's suede with gold strings.Highly advise NOT to purchase and if you do go 3x the size up then you really are.
