A good way to get heat on the affected area
I like the material. Its soft and comfortable to wear and, if you remember to dab some water on the inside, it heats up well.

Not self heating
It does not get warm at all, quite small also, not supportive or comfortable to wear. Waste of money.

Good support but don't ignore the heat!
The other reviews seemed to be that the product does not get hot. It became so hot as to mark me but felt warming.A very good product for typing and in office etc but whilst driving because excessively hot.My neck pain went away whilst using this.

Well worth purchasing.
Relieves pain around 10 mins of wearing. Neck pain disappears. Neck feels very warm. Over the moon with my purchase.

Flimsy
I ordered this product for neck support, however the product is poor quality and does not support anything it’s very flimsy. Not worth the value, I ordered another brace for neck for few pounds more which has better support. No point buying you’re better off making your own neck support!
