I take Zinc as part of my regime to keep my chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia under control.If in doubt as to the reason you should take Zinc, look up the benefits of it. Amongst things is diabetes something that seems to be getting out of control.There are lots of vegetables and legumes etc., that have Zinc, however, not in the real amount that your body needs it.Simply Supplements are very trustworthy and I find that I'm buying most of my supplements through them.Treebeard

easy to swallow small tablets. Taking to much can cause problems -- so best to check whatever stuff you are also taking in case there is zinc in the list. 15 mg is the best dose- apparently.

So far very happy with the product in so much that its easy to swallow but still too early days to say how well it works on the immune system as it takes a good few months to build up.
