OXO Good Grips Flexible Scoop with Non-Slip Handle, 1 Cup

I recently bought a pebble ice maker and all of its reviews said the metal ice scooper it came with will scratch the plastic ice bin. After looking at various plastic scoops, I choose this one. Oxo is a well known brand, and I have always been happy with their other kitchen utensils which I have purchased in the past. The scoop is a good size, a little on the smaller size but not too small. It fits into the ice bin well and scoops out a good amount of ice each time. It feels sturdy, and is easy to clean. I haven't put it in the dishwasher yet, but it is advertised as dishwasher safe. After I clean up the ice maker, the scoop fits in the bin which makes it handy to store. I have small hands and the handle is a little short even for me. If you have large hands, it might be a little awkward to use. I like it!

I don't think I've ever met an OXO product I didn't love. This ice scoop is great because you can keep it in your freezer and it never gets too cold to hold. Ice won't stick to it, and it doesn't make that annoying clanging noise when you scoop up the ice either.

Great for bottom freezers with the ice tray. Eliminates kids/adults using their dirty hands to grab ice. Small enough in size to not obstruct anything and just sit in the ice. Flexes fine too so you don’t miss with the cubes while dumping.

We use this in our freezer for scooping ice. It’s superior to the rigid scoop that came with our bottom freezer ice maker. This is sturdy enough to break up the ice well while remaining flexible enough to help dump the ice into various size water bottles and glasses easily. Since it will not rust we let it rest in the corner of the ice bin in the freezer to keep it handy. Easy to clean, just pop in the dishwasher. Definitely have gotten our moneys worth since the scoop still looks brand new after heavy daily use for over 4 months already.

Buena calidad y tamaño perfecto. Es un cucharón de plástico suave o de silicona que yo utilizo para servir hielos, pero puede utilizarse para servir café en grano o azúcar o granos en general. Tiene muy bien tamaño para meterlo en la hielera o en un note de café o azúcar. Sin embargo creo que su precio es elevado. Buena compra.

Absolutely great as an ice scoop. It would work well for other products. It has a comfortable handle and is slightly flexible.
