Zahler, ParaGuard™（パラガード）、30粒

I took this for about three weeks. I made sure to add binders such as activated charcoal and zeolite (I took these every 2-3 days). Within the end of the first week I noticed white treads in my stool I believe they were pinworms. Some days I would take two capsules. Than after two weeks I stopped for a few days. I made sure to also take liver support capsules. After two weeks and resuming it I noticed I had somewhat strong stomach pain for two days that pretty much lasted the whole day but I ignored it. I believe what I felt was the parasites dying. I took a paraguard capsule and then a few hours later a liver capsule. The next day my stool was full of round worms. Im so grateful theyre out of my body but I plan on continuing it until I finish the bottle since this is my first time doing a detox.

I began this supplement last year in the winter to help my gut health and vitamin journey. I took these pills along with ginger pills, sea moss pills, and some pills to help with focus and emotional regulation. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I went from being 170 pounds at 5’5 , eating fast food everyday because of cravings, being tired and depressed all the time with little to no energy, to being myself again. I am 145 now, which is smaller than I was in high school. My cravings completely changed, and I started craving healthier foods that I never really had before. I started eating smoothies a lot more, and I found myself finally having the energy to not only do my everyday life, but anything that would pop up too. Now, you do have to follow the directions to make it work. I would say cleanse yourself every 3 months at least so you can reset. The bottle lasted me a long time. I believe it comes with 90 pills, and depending on your needs can last up to 3 doses. Which isn’t bad for $25. I don’t take the pills everyday, but I still haven’t gained the weight back, and my eating habits forever changed. I was taking these pills along sea moss and ginger by itself at one point and it did not have the same effect on my gut health and weight as the para guard did. Also, side note, for the ladies, this is amazing for vaginal health. It contains slippery elm bark extract, which helps keep things as they should be down there 💦. A LOT of the ingredients help with skin health as well as digestive health. Oregano oil is also present, which is said to be almost like a natural antibiotic for your body. They say your stomach is your first brain, and your head your second. This supplement helped my mental health as well it’s really just overall unbelievable how much this has helped me. I never took vitamins like that, but something had to give and my intuition just told me it started with my gut health. I would highly recommend trying it at least once to see if it works for you, and for 25-30 bucks it really is worth all the benefits.

Took for 10 days and felt so much better. Bloating was gone, and felt more energized. Just be ready for what you see in the toilet after day 5

These have really helped my tummy. Just one pill every morning and the bloating and discomfort leaves. Better than any prescription or other over the counter products I've tried.

This product is probably the best that I have ever found to help with my bloating and digestive issues. I started my cleanse about 2 weeks ago and I am very impressed with the results so far. I plan to finish my 30 days cleanse but will likely continue even after that since I am getting much relief. It's a very gentle cleanse, no upset stomach or other weird side effects. I take a capsule every morning with a full glass of water or an herbal tea. Then I proceed to eat 3 normal meals and some light snacks for the rest of the day. Before bedtime, I take 2 Nature's Way charcoal pills and a squeeze of Fung Freedom with a glass of water (btw, these two binders do help elminate the waste easier for me). I started to see *things* during eliminations around days 1-3. I think they were pinworms (which look like tiny white grains of rice). On days 5-7 and after adding the two binders to my regimen, I saw much more come out. The worms were getting longer in size than the previous days. I was shocked at what I saw as I consider myself a healthy person who tends to eat very clean. From days 8-12, I was still seeing some small pinworms come out but not as much as before, so I knew the cleanse was still working. Overall, I feel less bloated and my stomach is flatter because of this product. My stomach feels lighter and less distended. I have taken many other supplements in the past that tout amazing results, but ultimately they let me down and didn't help me very much/at all. Needless to say, I have been on a very exhaustive, long, and expensive journey to find some relief for my bloating/digestive issues and finally I have found something that works for me. I just reordered my second bottle (30 capsules, 1 x a day) and my plan is to restart the cleanse again with a 15-30 day break in between, depending on how I feel.
