I have constantly placed for return request and nothing has been done. The house is terribly small and not even big enough for 2 months old guinea pigs. Although it says non returnable, I was guaranteed a return as the product was nothing like it claimed to be and reached us damaged. Its been 2 months and still no one from the support team is helping with this particular product. I have always received help time to time with other products from the support team. But returning this particular product is such a pain. I hope someone from the customer support team responds after this atleast.

Size is misleading.. Need to mention the size dimensions as on receiving was too small for my Guinea pigsQuality fine just not the right size

Please increase the size of the house. It's a beautiful product. If u have small size pet must buy. They will love this new home.
