GrisportMen's Combat S3 Safety Boots

I used Amazon wardrobe to order these and a pair of the “contractor” ankle boots with the intention of choosing my preferred boots and sending back the other pair. Well, I kept them both. I was unsure about these boots as I had always worn ankle boots. I thought they would be heavy, clumsy, restrict ankle mobility, make my feet sweat and chaff on the shin. None of those problems exist. The fit is great, they are the most comfortable boots I have ever had despite owning many more expensive boots in the past, they are light and nibble which is great for driving and jumping in and out of machines, I can even drive my car in them without hitting the wrong pedals or not having a feel for pressure on the pedals. Equally good on the ground. We have very Sandy soil which turns to an ice rink when wet, grip is better than any of my previous boots and I’m the only one that isn’t sliding around now. I have only had one occasion when my feet have got wet but I was working in torrential rain and wading through puddles that were submerging more than half of the boots height. I would say my feet were damp, rather than soaked which is pretty great for a lace up boot that doesn’t make your feet sweat. Quality feels and looks good, durability is still a bit of an unknown as I have only had them a couple of months but if they last 6- 12 months then I will be happy and buy another pair as I do give them plenty of abuse.I would highly recommend these boots. Grisport traditionally made walking boots and you can tell that they have attempted to strike a balance of comfort and mobility with durability and safety. I think they have nailed it.

Bought these boots over Christmas to wear for work this winter. I work in street cleaning and am out in all weathers and conditions all day. I am very fussy with the kit I use, it's no fun when your feet are wet and cold all day. I put these to the test over pavement, grass, mud and rain to mention a few. I have to say that for the first time my feet have stayed dry all day. They are comfortable, light weight, durable and warm. I could have my boots issued by my employer for free but I choose to buy my own as I will only ever have one pair of feet. Well worth the cash I forked out for them.

Good boots, good value for money, waterproof

I have read the review of this boot but I never expected it will be so true. The company issued is very heavy so I have to change the boot at the workplace everyday now I don't need to change. I use this boot every where it is so light, comfortable and warm. It does not look ugly but in the picture it looks slim, still I considered it is fashionable, the name combat safety boot is also very appropriate.One of my friends also have ordered one of the safety boots from Grisport after I explained to him about this boot. May be in the hot climate it will be a bit hot. For this summer I am going to buy a pair of half boot from Grisport, still I keep reading the reviews. I like very light and comfortable.I hope whoever have bought this boot will really enjoy it,the price is also very reasonable and packing and shipping was also so good.

Bought these boots for work got them 2nd April, it’s now 23rd may, and they are all broken, steel toe cap coming out the bottom of the boot, do not buy waste of money

Price has increased but quality has not! However I still find them a comfortable and sturdy boot

These are, without doubt, the best work boots I have ever purchased (and I've brought a fair few at 59)! They fit perfectly and feel secure and supportive once the laces are pulled and tightened. Even the laces are of good quality (anyone who has purchased cheaper boots will know what I mean).I keep them cleaned and polished, but even before this, wearing them (on the west coast of Scotland), in any conditions, they remain dry and comfortable. Whilst I wear them for work, they are so comfortable that I also wear them for walking the dog.I don't know how long they'll last, but unless they last for less than a year, I will buy these boots again, and again!And no, I don't work for the company that makes/distributes/sells these boots.Thank you!
