I'm 52 and I've been using this product for approximately one week and I've gone from probably 1 hot flash and hour to maybe 3 in 24 hours. The intensity of them is way less as well.

This cream has done wonders for my hot flashes! It seems to be unavailable a lot, so that’s disappointing. I don’t like switching brands, when I finally find something that works, but I may have no choice.

Excellent product to balance estrogen dominance with HRT. I like that I can go from 20 mg per day to 40 mg per day if needed.

I used to buy a different brand until they decreased the tube size to a really tiny size while leaving price high. This one has a reasonable price and the dispenser is even more convenient

I haven't used it long enough to really know how well it works
