I was having a lot of issues with scalp psoriasis. I did have to use some prescription medication. Topicals and shampoos as well. But this shampoo really soothed my scalp. And was great to use in between days to help lessen the dandruff from the psoriasis. The smell is a little on the minty side does not smell as bad. It's more like a manly smelling shampoo. 😂 I would use it after I used the tarsum shampoo and it would help mask some of that cold tar smell. Definitely a great product.
