It taste horrible def mix w a smoothie if you can because you cannot drink this w just water it is not straight powder.

I am really liking this product. I have experience for years, constipation and this product keeps me regularly going to the bathroom at least once a day, and sometimes more. In the past it would be days before I had a bowel movement. Weight wise I have not seen much movement, but loving the fact that I am expelling all those toxins now on a regular basis and that is a win win for me! The product can be gritty, so I recommend using a blender to really chop up the chia seeds and other bulky items. I take mine with juice for better taste.

I gave 3 stars because it REALLY REALLY makes you do #2. It doesn't mix well with ANYTHING but mixing it with orange juice or apple juice makes the taste better. It doesn't flatten your stomach either, in fact, I think I gained while using it. But I needed to go and it did do that for me.March 19, 2019 Update: I’m about to purchase this again because doc says I have a plumbing problem :( I’m not happy it’s no longer a prime item but I need a good cleaning out and this works wonders. It’s nasty and doesn’t flatten my stomach but it truly flushes your system.

Not nice to swallow so, add it to a solid drink. Like a smoothie orange juice or just pinch your nose.Then, start with the lower dose, no matter how constipated you are (if usimg it for that) start low!!Then, Be careful, don't get too far, you need a restroom close enough and with no competition around. No, the sluggish in you won't run through or cause major embarrassing trouble. It will be a perfect and healthy unloading but... it will be a full batch "unloading" and it does not like to wait... at all!!So, enjoy an empty belly, finally!!! It does work, just way too efficient for my like. Still, I will be using this at least 3 times a week to keep the dark pipes cleaning out. 😄

Had to try & find a way to digest this stuff! Didn't want it to go to waste! Couldn't tolerate it in water or juice even try to eat alone! (Don't suggest! ) lol finally tried it in my oatmeal at breakfast! & BINGO! Der recommend putting it was shake or food! But otherwise working great! Does give u a Lil bit of headache (does 4 me) but does suppress appetite & get rid of fat!

It was HARD to swallow but it works. I recommend people to blend it with a fruit and/or protein shake. I can't attest to Belly Fat Flush being the cause of my recent decline in body fat because I'm exercising and using other products, BUT I can say that it definitely works. Honestly, I never drink the entire serving and it still flushes me out right away (within a few hours).

I have used this product about four times, and so far my belly hasn't shrunk; but it tastes good; I mix it up in the blender with a thick smoothie-type of drink. As others have stated, it does "make you go to the bathroom", which is never a bad thing if you want to clean up your body.

this is the best diet product I've used and I love love it if taking regularly with a diet you can loose some serious pound you do not have stomach pain
