The shoulder strap came off and the zipper broke the first day. I had bought it for my son for his interview thinking that it will look professional. He had to carry it with an open pocket on one side. Will never ever buy anything of this brand.

I love the premium look and feel of this product. I also like the ease of working the zippers along the track when I zip open and close the bag. The nice and roomy compartments and pouches are a wonderful touch. Great product and a great price. I would highly recommend this product!!!

This bag is junk! I used it for less than a month before it started to fall apart. First one of the connectors for the shoulder straps broke. Then the zipper for the main gusset broke. And then the other connector for the shoulder strap broke! The bag looks nice, but it is a piece of junk! All of this happened in less than a month of normal use. I can also see the handles on the bag are starting to seperate. Save your money and embarassment and buy something better!!!

I bought this one in December 2018 for my husband and the straps is falling apart around last week of April. Never had this kind of problem with any other suitcases.

I wasn't sure if it was going to be good enough at this price point, but 2 weeks into it, it is holding up pretty good. It might not "wear" well after a while, but so far so good.

he likes it and been using, have plenty of pockets and divisions to separate papers, laptop, documents, etc.

I have the bag for around 8 months and its already falling apart. The bag is very big and has lots of space, great if you have a lot of stuf to carry around. Quality is poor, but for the price I diden't expect that much more.
