Gaia herbs are the best,most pure and potent herbs I believe you can purchase in my experience. I have used these for PCOS treatment, and although they have helped decrease blood DHEA and testosterone levels, these and other supplements are not a cure for PCOS. The true cures for PCOS are lifestyle changes such as diet (less sugar, carb), avoiding plastics and other substances that are hormones disruptors (soy), excercise, hydration, improved and more frequent rest and stress reduction. This product, and other supplements, can help decrease troubling androgens in short term, but lifestyle changes need implented for true and lasting change.
