Great product and shipping was great! Mixes easily and tastes good. It lasts approximately a month which is okay. The ingredients are pretty basic: creatine monohydrate 5g, sugar, 2g contains: cane sugar, citric acid, natural raspberry flavor, and stevia. I’ve tried other brands and some don’t mix or taste well but will cost less than this one. The value is okay for creatine… on the other hand, you can find some that may be less expensive but may not mix as easily. However, I like that this company offers various flavors and the customer service is excellent if you need to contact them.

Best creatine you can get and it dissolves fast!

A few pluses for me-the Original (unflavored) has no taste. I've had unflavored products before, but they still have a taste. This is tasteless. Also, despite other reviews I've read, it dissolves quickly, no lumps. The texture is rather like arrow root or confectioners sugar. I've only used a few 1 scoops so far; maybe 2 or 3 scoops don't dissolve as well. In addition, the Suggested Use says to use 16oz of room-temp water. I've used cold water and the powder dissolved just fine. The only reason for 4 stars is I haven't been taking it long enough (just a few days) to notice a difference in my strength.
