Dear Alan L. Opie,The height/length of the wheel is 7 inches and the wheel's width is a bit over 2 3/4 inches. The total width of the bar/grips is almost 14 inches from end to end. No it does not. You will have to purchase those. I hope it works for you too, because it sure did not for me. I am back to Youtube videos and doing my crunches.
