I am using this product for last 3 months. Really helping a lot.

No instruction manual sent about installation or working.
No instruction manual is available with the product. Tough for beginners, have to deduct settings with only 1 image. Will update about the usability after 1 month's use.

Quality issue, do not buy
The rope, the iron bar used in the angular arm, both are of very cheap quality, unable to hold weight If it can not bear more weight then what is the use of making this. 5kg is nothing for cervical pain.

Over priced and Screws are of small size for fixing up the unit .
The unit has been designed well but screws supplied for fixing the unit are not of large size so as to hold the Traction Unit firmly The manufacturer has not given any contact no for after-sales service and no response is given to any query sent by email. Hope the supplier will cater to suggestions submitted here. Overpriced as compared to the quality and customer support
