Crompton Celing fan last for life.
Crompton HS Plus1200 Ceiling Fan is the best available fan in the Electrical fan market within the reach of middle class. Sold by Amazon it is a Win Win situation for Amazon and its customers because this fan is not available at this price in retail market.The fan is durable, doesn't require any maintenance except cleaning with broom stick once a month.

Very good fan
I have been using this fan for some days now. It is working perfectly fine. In fact, this is the third one that we have in our house. It runs quietly and is effective in every way. If you are looking for a reliable ceiling fan, then this is definitely worth buying. I also have a wall-mounted, oscillating fan made by Crompton which is also functioning very well.

Not very high speed fan. Quality is good but not very speedy. Till now going good.

A good product worth the money spent if the energy consumed is really what i claimed...!
It is a good fan, working quietly and giving good breeze along with sweep (area covered), better than some Havells fans that I also have at home (unfortunately!). Incidentally, I am using one of these fans 24 x 7, since I work from home and this is installed in the room where I work and keep my laptop, so it keeps both me and my laptop cool all day long. The only reason that I have not given it 5 starts is that I have no easy way of measuring the power actually consumed by the fan, the primitive method, of course, being to connect a multimeter in series with the fan to measure the AC current consumed, but if Crompton Greaves offer a simpler method of checking the power consumption, I, as an electrical engineer, would welcome the idea of verifying the power consumption compared to the Havells fans that I also have...!

It's amazing product recommendation for everyone
I am bit dissatisfied and disappointed through fan blade packing arrangement, I received my fan one of blade is scratched on opposite side of blade in edge area, this should not be expected from crompton and Amazon both Thanks

The worst after sales service (in Hyderabad)
It had started off well but in a span of 6 months a weird clicking noise started coming up. Thats when the problems started. I have raised 6 complaints so far for the same item in a span of less than 2 months. The technicians are a joke. They cannot even fix a simple fan. The first technician had literally said that it should be replaced but when he found out that it was purchased on amazon he just disappeared. I had no idea amazon items get special treatment by these after-sales teams. Their customer care is a joke. Higher ranking staff is not available in office throughout the day , the call centre people are only there to pick up your call , tell your complaint number and say that we should call the technician or the agency if we want to get it fixed , not them. They will not call , they do not know the status and they do not care. They cannot do anything from their end. Their email id response is pointless. No credibility whatsoever Just a bunch of useless people. This is the very last crompton fan i will ever purchase. I am happy with havells or other brands. Anything except crompton.
