Found the ultimate kitchen king!
Am so happy I bought this versatile masala.. I used it along with Lily Aunty's Sunday masala paste today to make a prawns curry and a cauliflower curry. It turned out to be simply amazing. I usually do not like the packaged all purpose masalas you get in the market, they taste too restaurant like! This masala is very home style and will go with a lot of things. All kind of veggie fries.. like brinjal, bhindi, potato, even a simple onion tomato curry can be enhanced using this! For the non vegetarians: they have printed a chicken/prawns rava fry recipe, which looks great! This seems to be one of those must have kitchen essentials.

Excellent flavor, value for money
I'm a big fan of Lily aunty's bafat masala and pastes. For busy working professionals like me, who cook daily during the lockdown, these masalas have saved me considerable time and allowed me to experiment with Indian and even Thai food! The Bafat flavor is very spicy and can be used for any gravy or even marinade for chicken, fish and meat. I've tried it in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes and it is value for money! Not just that. Lily aunty's hires victims of domestic violence in their business, so you are buying for a good cause as well! 😊

Its just chili powder
I don't know what " Bafat Masala Powder" I thought it to be different but ended up buying chilli power. If that is what it is called .
