I work from home and this is just right for jotting down a brief note from work in one section and reminders to myself in another section. Doodling in another.The only downside would be that there are very few pages for the money.

I love the Eisenhower's decision matrix and these make it simple to use. I highly recommend this method of organization of tasks for the day. Especially for those of us with ADHD!

So much space to write; is bigger than it looks on website. Love the different boxes to keep track of daily tasks. Lot of pages and good quality paper. Not cheaply designed. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes to leave themselves notes.

ADHD Wonder Tool
I have an expensive, complicated planner to manage my ADHD, but I usually skip it because using one sheet of this pad every day is so much simpler and more effective. It helps me so much to have actual tasks on a checklist to guide my day and having a little brain dump area is a bonus. Great product and way simpler than other suggested “ADHD Hacks”.
