The product does the job and is far less expensive than other products on the market. We used to buy the same type of tablets from $General but it became ridiculously expensive so we decided to go shopping and the Geri Care product exceeded our expectations and was much less cost.

Great product at a very nice price! This is a fabulous medicine and works great to use for a few weeks to help clear up a congested chest. I use product reviews when I purchase products with the customer stars possibly helping me to decide me to purchase or not purchase. I ordered tablets but received caplets. They work well, but caplets are harder for me to swallow.

Good product

With healthcare costs going up we often look for comparable products that compare favorably with the name brand items. Our process is to compare side by side & evaluate the value before settling on something different. Due to our humid climate and frequent interaction with a lot of folks we occasionally have need for this type of product to relieve sinus congestion and related problems. The brand name products and prescriptions all work well but come with every increasing costs. We elected to try this brand from Amazon and find it to work very well indeed. The dosage is a bit lower than the 12 hour name brand which is 600mg, but we find this to bring swift relief for the desired period of time.

Tablet size is large and round. Very difficult to swallow. My order was in August of 2021. I wish they would list the diameter of the tablet.
