Hello Customers, Beware!!!. Dont buy this product. I had asked amazon as well as borosoli to refund me based on " performance or quality is in adequate". Unfortunately this return parameter does not give you refund or replace but connects with you Borosil support center for having a long conversation and finally denying return or refund since it's not a technical issue. Wondering why they have this parameter "performance or quality is not good". There are other parameters like "Item not needed" and so on.Go for make in India products or make your own. Being a loyal customer I have this issue twice. Just wasted my time.Anybody can suggest what I can do.

Takes a little time to get used to. Have been using for about 6 months now and have no complaints! Food heating is quick! Snacks stay crispy unlike in the microwave. Easy to clean and looks neat

This is definitely value for money. I live in hostel and this is best for a single person’s or even couples use. It heats up fine, looky fancy and i haven’t experienced any problem whatsoever till now. One downside if you are buying for a big family is finding proper kitchenware because it fits only small things. For me however thats not the issue so i love it.

Too small to bake unless you like miniature stuff. Forget about baking bread as it would rise and touch the heating rod.This is only ideal for heating/ toasting stuff.There should have been another level to insert the tray / only one slot to insert the tray. Forget baking in this.Sure value for money for an oven at this price but a bit too ergonomically, heck, stingly designed. Just spend a few more bucks and get a 20L or probably a 30L.

Small, cute product that fits into kitchen. Suitable for two. It is difficult to Identify trays suitable to keep inside this otg. Package comes with crumb tray, grill tray, handle & bake tray. Looks elegant. Packing can be improved. Minor scratches found. Worth buying. Go for it, if you are fan of saving space at the same time craving for some baked items.

There is nothing exceptional on the positive side but on the negative side , I have a thing or two to point out :1) the space between the upper and lower heating elements is so small that other than biscuits or pizza base , you can hardly bake anything else. As far as grilling is concerned,a pullet or quail, at best.2) controlling the heating from two elements you can not as told to me by their technical team. If you wish to use only one heating element then it can only be done at 240 degrees celsius . THAT’s WEIRD !!

Yesterday I was open this box How can I use this product. I am single person but how can I use this product. Where is the space to put food. Please tell me there is any way to change my this microwave because it's a griller
