Review: Perfect for Me! - This is a great pill organizer and perfect for anyone who take larger sized pills 4x daily. Prior to this, I had a lot of trouble finding containers that fit all my pills. And then there is the problem of carrying them around. Those great big 7 day, 4x a day organizers do not travel well, et cetera. These are super easy for carrying around. The tray holds all seven, so in the morning I can just grab the one for that day and toss it my purse without having to carry around a massive amount of pills. And still having all 4 sets with me and separated makes it a lot easier when I am out all day and have to take 2-3 sets of pills away from home. It would be great however if they made a set like these only with 6 instead of 4 compartments (I know this company also makes ones with only 2 compartments for those who take pills less often.) My grandmother has Parkinson's Disease and has to take pills 6 times a day, and I know there are many other people who need to take there medications more than 4 times a day, and there just are not enough (any!) options for those people. I will say, one other downside is an issue others commented on, the lids do not open all the way making it a little difficult to fill and empty, as well, they are slightly difficult to open. When I first reviewed this product right after receiving it, the flip lids looked flimsy to me, and I was not sure how long lasting they would be. Well, it's been several months since I bought these, and I have had no problems with any breaking. My only problem has been that I lost the Thursday box, so now I'm back to buy a new set. Review: Newest version ideal - For my needs, this newest version of the 7Pack Pill Organizer is ideal. The organizer consists of a long storage tray that holds 7 boxesโone for each day of the week. These โdailyโ boxes measure 2 ยฝ inches tall by 2 ยผ inches wide by 1 inch deep. Each daily box is a different color, labeled by a day of the week, and divided into 4 smaller boxes. Each smaller box has its own individual, see-through lid. The lids are labeled: โMorning,โ โNoon,โ โEvening,โ and โBedtimeโ so that you can separate your pills by the time of day youโre supposed to take them. These smaller boxes are large enough to suit virtually everyone. I take 9 pills a day, 3 of them large, and all 9 fit easily into each one of the 4 smaller boxes, with some space left over. Although you can sort the pills according to the time of day you take them, some people wonโt find this necessary. None of my pills has to be taken at a particular time, so I put a whole daysโ supply into each small box. This means I can put 4 daysโ worth of pills into each of the 7 daily boxes, which allows me to fill the organizer with a monthโs worth of pills at one filling. The pills are just as easy to get out of the small boxes as they are to put in, and the lids on the smaller boxes snap firmly shut when you close them. Another good feature of this organizer is that when you travel, you can take along as few or as many of the โdailyโ boxes as you need, and leave the rest at home. Theyโre small enough to fit easily into a jacket, purse, fanny pack, or what have you. Several reviewers have complained about two problems with this organizer, but the manufacturer seems to have solved one of these problems, and I may have solved the other. The most frequent complaint has been that the lids on the smaller boxes are too tight, and can cause you to break a nail when you try to open them. But in this newer version of the 7Pack, the lids are not a problem. Even though they close securely, they are not hard to open. The second problem reviewers have mentioned is the printing on the big โdailyโ boxes. Each daily box is labeled, โSunday,โ โMonday,โ โTuesday,โ etc. Several reviewers have complained that this printing rubs off quickly with daily handling. Having been forewarned about this, I covered the printing on each box with a piece of transparent Scotch tape as soon as I unwrapped the 7Pack. This seems to have fixed the problem, at least temporarily. I canโt be sure if itโs a permanent fix, because Iโve only had the organizer for a weekโbut so far, so good. A week is also not long enough to know how durable the plastic hinges on the smaller boxes are. They look and feel sturdy, but if they prove to be otherwise, Iโll write an update to this review. However, unless the 7Pack proves to be a lot less durable than it looks, itโs the perfect pill organizer for me, and the only one Iโll use from now on. P.S. Forgot to say that some reviewers have mentioned a third problem. They say that when B vitamin tablets are placed in the same compartment as the other pills, all the pills wind up smelling like B vitamins. I have no experience with this since I donโt take a B-vitamin supplement, but each daily box has four separate, sealed compartments, so the problem should be easy to solve with a little advance planning.

Awesome Organizing Tool for Simplifying Your Routine
Couple one of these with a good timer and you've taken the worry out of your medication schedule. The more complicated your schedule, the more you'll appreciate these handy organizers. There are 4 compartments in each box labeled Morning, Noon, Evening, and Bedtime. Each DAY box is clearly and largely labeled with the full day (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, etc.) AND Color Coded to make everything easier. My hubby has to take a specific and varying schedule of AM and PM medicines (and supplements) on a daily basis & this organizer makes it all SOOO much easier. He has a MWF schedule and a different one for the rest of the week. Once a week, I take about 15 minutes to fill each compartment with the right AM and PM meds and then we FORGET ABOUT IT till the timer sounds twice a day. To make this easier, I've printed a label that's taped to the BOTTOM of the yellow tray that holds these 7 compartmentalized boxes. This label lists AM MEDS and PM MEDS by day (name of medicine, #pills or mg dosage, etc.) This helps me double-check for accuracy as I fill. I then arrange the boxes by day & set the tray up on its end (so the days are listed vertically--I've posted a couple of photos). This saves cabinet space & makes it easy to retrieve the boxes. I keep the current day on top. When the timer sounds at 9 AM and again at 5 PM, we just dump that day's AM or PM pills into a Dixie cup, he takes them & we're FINISHED! No fishing for bottles or trying to remember how much of what on which day. And no worrying about whether he forgot to take something or took too much or too little of anything. If you take supplements, these are terrific, too. The compartments are surprisingly roomy. We use these daily & I don't know what I'd do without them; highly recommended for function and quality!

Very Good Product
This is a really nice container for organizing your daily meds. There are four compartments per pod; each compartment is approximately a 1" cube. I take a combination of eight supplements and perscriptions each morning and there is room for more to fit inside the compartment. The design allows you to just take only the days of meds that you will need with you when traveling instead of the entire week's supply. It seems to be constructed of good materials and is not flimsy. The daily pods fit securely inside the tray and it seems that they would remain inside if packed in your carry on. You can remove the top of each pod for easier filling although they can be a little difficult to pull off. There are four posts on the lids that fit into three post holes inside the container. On the end of the evening/noon part of the lid there are two posts; one goes into the post hole and the other fits snugly on the other side of the post hole. The reason for my four star rating is that one of my lids snapped apart next to the center post when I was removing the lid to refill, this does not affect the ability for the lid to remain securely closed. My solution to prevent this from happening to any other lid was to apply a partial drop of mineral on the pegs and in the holes to make the process of removing and replacing the lids easier. ***Pictures attached.

Don't remove lid when filling!
As a recovering Lyme Disease patient, I take a lot of supplements. This is the ONLY box I've found that will hold all of them and keep them organized according to when I need to take them. The compartments are the deepest I've found. One compartment holds THREE huge Omega3 horsepills, as well as up to 2 more smaller capsules AND a krill oil softgel and vitamin D3 softgels. (In ONE compartment of the four.) I bought one set for each of the people in my family, and we've used them for over 8 years with no problems (other than my husband losing a couple of his boxes). ;) I love them because they can be filled once a week for the whole week, and then I can grab that day's pill box, throw it in my purse, and take them at the right time all through the day without having to lug around a huge container of the whole week's pills. I can remove one day and just take that one. I've read other reviews complaining about how the box/lids keep breaking when they remove the lids for filling. I've NEVER removed the entire clear plastic lid/hinged cover, and mine have never broken--in 8 years! DON'T REMOVE THE COVER! Just open each compartment and fill them that way. I line all my boxes up, flip open the Morning and Dinner compartments (because I have to take the same kind of pills then), fill those. Then I close those and open Lunch and Evening (because I take the same kinds of pills then) and fill those. Snap all the little lids shut, and I'm done and ready to move on to the next family member's set of pill boxes to fill. If the boxes/lids keep breaking when you pull them off, DON'T PULL THEM OFF! I don't think this is the pill box's fault; I don't think they were made to be removed; they were made to have each compartment open individually. No wonder they're breaking! ;) These are AWESOME sets. I've ordered them three times over the course of my life, and will never use anything else!

Tough to open.
I have joint issues and have always found these little boxes hard to open, I wish it had one lid that covered the entire box with just a bit of lip on it. That way I could of used any flat surface with an edge on it to assist in the opening of the box. I have owned and used this item for over a year now and did just this week break a wall section on the box as I struggled to open the box. I patched it together with plastic wrap and tape and it still slides into the holding tray well. I have always found that it has enough room in it to carry all the "horse size" pills that I take on a daily basis and still have room for the smaller supplements that I take as well. I do like the size, as someone else said, it is very portable. I toss it in my lunch case and away we go! I would probably buy this again if I could not find something with one lid instead of four little ones.

Finally a pill organizer that meets our needs!
After looking and looking, and reading all the reviews, I finally decided on this pill organizer. Yes, it is pricey. Yes, I probably should not have spent the money. But it solved all our medication issues. I have a 41 yr. old mentally challenged son - head trauma resulting in brain damage and multiple VP shunt revisions. As part of his cognitive behavioral therapy he was supposed to start filling his pill organizer for himself and become responsible for taking his medications regularly. Previously I had purchased two 1 week/2 week organizers, which worked well for my medications, but soon became problematic for my son's medications. As his medications were increased and changed we were having more and more trouble fitting them into the organizer. Several of his meds are large pills and one of them is in capsule form. I could fit them into the organizer if I arranged them in a specific order, but he could not. The capsules would crack when he closed the lids, so I was the person who had to fill it each week. Also it only had two sections for each day, morning and evening. Then I found three organizers here on amazon.com. I read all the reviews on each and decided to purchase this one. One of the best decisions I have ever made! My son now fills his organizers himself each week. Each compartment is large and deep so no more breaking capsules or having to arrange the meds just so. There are 4 compartments for each day, so if the doctors decide he needs to take a medication three or four times a day there is a place for them. The days of the week are clearly marked on each compartment. While I still have to watch and re-order his meds for him, I only have to check the organizer now and then to make sure he is putting the right pills and correct number of pills in the compartments. And I do still have to remind him to take his meds now and then. Eventually I hope he will be able to re-order for himself and will consistently remember to take his meds, but for now this is a big step. The compartments shut tightly so no more accidental popping open and spilling. :) Also if he is going to be away from home for a few hours he can take one day's dose with him in his pocket. Then all he has to do is remember to take it at the scheduled time. :/ We'll see how that goes. ;) For the self esteem and independence he has gotten and for the one less responsibility I now have this pill organizer is priceless. I would recommend it to anyone. It is worth every penny we spent and so much more. :)

These are perfect!
I take several supplements throughout the day, mainly to help with neuropathy. I have the smaller version of these, and I liked it so much that when all the supplements I wanted would not fit in the smaller ones, I was really thrilled to find this deeper version. It doesn't fit in a pocket as well, but it pops in the purse just fine so I can be on the go and not have to worry that I don't have my supplements with me. The design of these is brilliant. It took me a couple weeks to realize that you can take the lids completely off! This makes it so easy and handy for when I sit down to do my weekly refills. They go back on easily and are very secure. I don't have to worry about chaing down pills in my purse! If you have a lot of pills you take throughout the day, this is an awesome solution for organizing and carrying them.
