Worked great
These were a life saver. I just put together the trampoline and there was bad weather coming and instead of the trampoline becoming a giant kite I was able to secure it down to the ground. They don't look bad at all. Make sure you screw them in all the way into the ground for the best use. Once I installed these the trampoline was way more secure.

Seem to be a really good setup.
I just installed these. They seem very sturdy. I tried to put them on the way the pictures here show. It had alot of slack in the straps. So I ran them only on the ring frame, and straight to the anchors and they were very tight. Minimum movement or give. I think that's why some have trouble they put them around the legs like the picture describes. It gets slack and a big gust of wind grabs it and snaps it. Also be sure to tie up excess strap below the gator clip so it can't work it's self back loose. I would recommend these. Even if the straps break or fray. You can get a set of ratchet straps from Harbour freight real cheap and use them with the anchors.

Very sturdy!
We received these the afternoon before Hurricane Beryl came ashore in Houston! I am so thankful for these anchors! They were easy to install and they are still holding strong after the storm. I have not encountered the quality issues that other reviewers have mentioned!

Anchors pretty good, the straps...not so good.
Anchors pretty good, the straps...not so good. The anchors bore into the ground fairly easily, easier than driving a big stake with a hammer, which is what I was doing before. The straps that come with them are too confusing to use and mine broke after tightening it down right out of the box. I went to a hardware store and purchased good tie down straps that are very easy to use for $10 (four of them) and it works great. I have to move two traps to mow and fore me to relocate the tramps with 4 stakes and tie downs takes me about 15-20 minutes. They have worked in the wind storms so far.

Best anchor kit EVER!
We are living on a military base in Okinawa Japan. I bought this so I wouldn't have to continually take down our trampoline when bad weather hit. Last night we were hit by a category 3 typhoon and this kit held fast. My trampoline is in great condition and the kit held it tight to the ground. I'm very impressed with how easy it was to install. It held up even in 140MPH wind gusts. Great item! Well worth it!

The screws were great but the black straps are so complicated
Took me forever to figure out how to attach these. After installing it just didn't feel secure at all. I used the ground screws but bought ratchet straps which were so much more durable and secure. So if you buy this, it's recommend just using the ground screws and then buying ratchet straps which is so much more secure and super fast to install.

good so far. UPDATE: 1/4/2015- WORKS GREAT!
Works great. A little confusing to figure out the ties at first. We haven't had any bad wind storms yet to really test it out but it looks like it will do a good job of holding it down. UPDATE: 1/4/2015 We just had a big windstorm that lasted two days in our town. We had freezing temperatures and ice on the ground that might have helped to hold the trampoline down but the winds got up to over 70 miles per hour and our trampoline stayed put. It shook and vibrated but the legs of the trampoline never lifted off the ground that I could see. Neighbors had fences blown down and the city lost power due to electric poles toppling over. Very glad we had it tied down with the anchor kit.

update! A year old & survived Ida. Sustained 60mph gust with no problems.
**UPDATE* we’ve now had these for over a year, last night they were put to their biggest test yet, Hurricane Ida in south Louisiana. The metal frame was bent in some places, but the trampoline did not move. We are on a lake with an open field behind us, nothing to break up the wind, it was a very scary situation but the these anchors did exactly what they were supposed to do. ** Bought these a few weeks back for hurricane prep. This weekend they finally got put to the test, 60 mph gust and 30 mph sustained winds and it didn’t move. The safety net was completely bent over at times but the base never budged. Great buy!
