Chester (I Can Read Level 1)

Chester is a real goofball! My son and I love Chester and his antics. A real gem of a book. Lovely for toddlers and lovers of horses.

I used Syd Hoff's books to teach my oldest to read when she was only four years old. She is 47 now. I bought these books for my seven year old granddaughter who has had some difficulty with reading.

My granddaughter loves horses. This book appealed to her love of horses and was easy for her to figure out the words and read it herself.

This is my favorite childhood book. I am now 26 and was discussing favorite childhood books with my husband when he said he had never heard of Chester. I ordered the book, we read it together, and he's now a Chester fan too. Can't wait to share this with our future children!

A good book for beginning readers. This 2nd grader loved it the story and the pictures. He wants to read more by that author.
