I make "vegan lasagna for 2" from vegan richa pretty much every single week. These lasagna noodles are incredible. First of all they are extremely easy to work with as they are ready to go in the oven and you dont have to boil them. Secondly, they do not taste beany or lentily despite being entirely made up from lentil flour. The lasagna just tastes like regular lasagna!!! I could not be happier with this product and honestly very grateful it exists. I buy these all the time now!

Wow! I’m really blown away by these! I used them to make white sauce lasagna and it was delicious! My husband is always skeptical when I change up a classic recipe with healthier alternatives. I didn’t tell him what I was doing and let his tastebuds be the critic. He had no idea they were lentil noodles. Shocked the heck out of him! The great thing about these is they don’t require you to cook them beforehand. I just spread my ricotta like normal and layered on dry, uncooked noodles. These are going to be a staple in my pantry. 👍🏾

I use this product for the first time for a veggie lasagna. I was extremely please with the texture and taste. Gluten free pasta products can be mushy or gritty depending on the brand and ingredients. This one was perfect.

Easy to use as a lasagna Noodle replacement but the lentil flavor definitely comes through. I used them once,but didn't care for the flavor.

These are a healthy alternative to the regular lasagna, noodles. There's no difference in the, flavor. BUT, you don't feel weighted down after you eat them. We've tried them with meat and veggies. Both ways they're, DELICIOUS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The media could not be loaded. My husband and I are not gluten free but we try to avoid gluten as possible. I have used gluten free pasta before but never the lasagna noodles. Those are PERFECT. They taste like the real deal, texture and flavor on point. Can’t tell the difference. Will buy again for sure

That this isn't just old fashioned lasagna noodlles. I did precook for about 3 minutes just to make it easier to cut to fit my non-lasagna pan, but by the texture, I didn't need to. Excellent! A box of 8 ounces is supposed to be 4 servings, but by the time you add the ricotta &, ground beef layers, it easily feeds 6. Twelve sheets in a box.

These behaved like and were indistinguishable from "regular" lasagne noodles. I'm ordering more Explore Cuisine products immediately (I'd order tons more lasagne noodles if I made lasagne regularly.) As recommended by another reviewer, I made sure no bits of the noodles were peeking out on top and they weren't, so no problem. The bottom line is, if you're on the fence about buying these, don't be! You'll be thrilled you decided to make the purchase.

I made a spinach/artichoke/cheese lasagna with this pasta. It tasted just right with this mixture and was easy to use as there wasn’t any precooking of the pasta. Due to putting the pasta in uncooked I ensured that my filling and cheese sauce was a little loose to provide the moisture needed to cook the noodles. The best part is they are grain free. Even though I’m trying to stay gluten free, I want to reduce any grain in my diet further and this pasta works for this.

These lasagne sheets are very delicious. I've switched to these from whole wheat lasagne noodles and cannot even tell the difference. Even my kids have no clue I switched and they are picky. 1 box is enough for a large lasagne 9×6 pan, 4 sheets per row, 3 rows.

These noodles really are the best! I make a vegan lasagna using red lentils and cashew-based ricotta and mozzarella, and there's no way to know these noodles are gluten free. They are firm, never get mushy, and don't require cooking before baking.

One box makes one "family sized" lasagna. This makes one of the best lasagnas that I have ever had. I prebrown one lbs of ground beef and add 1.5 cans of no name walmart tomato sauce to the meat. I then take one brick of cream cheese and mix it in a bowl with an egg. I then layer these sheets with dollops of the cream cheese and meat/sauce. The remaining .5 can of sauce typically goes as the bottom and top layer. covered in oven at 350 for 30min. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top then 10 minutes in oven uncovered makes an excellent Lasagna. These sheets are pricey but taste amazing!

These lasagna noodles were a delightful surprise. They come in flat rectangles so we found them easier to fit in our pan than the long, wavy-edged noodles. And I hadn’t realized they are oven-ready - what a wonderful surprise. They cooked beautifully and resulted in a lasagna that tasted exactly like my recipe using regular noodles. While the price seems expensive, we got a lot out of one package. Highly recommend and have already purchased again.
