are these recommended for flying c172 or PA28?

I would probably not recommend them for those aircraft. They have absolutely no noise reduction to them and you probably won’t be able to hear anything, possibly damage your ears.

Does this headset have the standard dual plugs (PJ-55 / PJ-068) or the XLR5 connector?

As far as I know, these come with fixed wing type, PJ-055 (.25 inch / 6.35mm) and PJ-068 (.206 inch / 5.25mm) plugs (mine have these). You can purchase an XLR5 (Airbus) adapter separately if needed.

Do they have warranty?

Perhaps there's a warranty if you buy it from a dealer, but I don't think if you buy it used.
