The packing and quality of products is good . Seeds are uniform and seems good quality . Consuming it for 2 months and started noticing the results within 10-12 days . I have ordered 2 more of these and looking forward to extract more benefits from this . Best when consumed soaked overnight and added with a pinch of rock salt.

Good product. Clean not much of dirt a little dirt is there. Little dirt is there but better than last brand which I had purchased, it had too much of stones and some other seeds.

Product quality is not satisfactory.It is not organic.It contained dust.
