Rejuvenator is very thick, cant spray??

You are right. I also didn't find the rejuvenator very helpful. Better to buy a new brush.

There was no wax on my duster and i returned it. is it like some sellers are not genuine on amazon? does jopasu sell on amazon?

Can I wash the duster with water?

Yes. It is washable. Wash as per instructions when the duster is no longer able to pick up dust. Once washed, dry, spray liberally with the supplied rejuvenator, allow the wax to dry and use again.
