I bought this book because I really wanted to learn how to bake, especially biscotti I have made three of the recipes all of which are super easy to follow and have turned out great! Lots of great recipes in the book, highly recommend.

I love Michele Scicolone's cookbooks, but I especially love this baking cookbook. There are certain recipes I have been searching for for many years and I found them in this baking book. Terrific!

More versions of biscotti than nearly anyone could use, but it's a studry book and holds a cup of coffee and biscotti quite attractively in a pinch.

This cook book is has very interesting Italian recipes for baking.Michele Scicolone has several other cookbooks that have very easyrecipes, her torta's are to die for in this cookbook. Great Italianfood.
