Nice firm mattress for sleeping. The seating area does not sink so my elderly friends and family can easily get on and off of it. The seating height is also just right and not too low for tall family members. The surface is easy to clean.

very easy open/close mechanism, almost a child or weak elderly/adult can manage opening/closing it with little effort.
