Great quality liquid Iron for a very reasonable price. I've used other (pricey) liquid Irons and was looking for an alternative as I'm on a limited retirees budget. This one fit the bill, literally. Great price for a month worth of daily Iron. It says it's Berry flavored (with a picture of Blueberries), I don't taste berry of any kind but it's still very palatable, tastes like nothing much. (I've had some gnarly tasting liquid Iron before). It's very gentle on my digestive system and has not caused any constipation. I just take a tablespoon straight every morning and drink some water, I don't feel the need to add to water or juice. I donate Plasma regularly and this product keeps my Iron levels well within range. It doesn't say refrigeration required but I do keep it in the fridge after opening anyway. It does have a warning to keep out of children's reach "as Iron-containing products can cause fatal poisoning in children under 6", so be aware. It does come with a child deterent cap but you know how kids can be. Really like this product, have a monthly subscription for it, saves me a few extra pennies.

When making purchases, I value reviews which is why I want to leave one for this product. If looking for a cost effective iron supplement this is a good option. I sadly had to discontinue use, but that was my own fault. The few days I did use this product, the taste was fine. I did place in the refrigerator after opening and noticed that the metallic aftertaste is not as strong when the product is refrigerated compared to my initial use at room temperature. Buyer beware, if you are like me and cannot tolerate sugar alcohols, you will want to pass on this product. I am very sensitive to sugar alcohols and this product gave me less than ideal GI issues. If sugar alcohols do not bother you, this is a good, budget friendly option for you.

Item is very good. Help with our iron intake. Just need more flavor in this brand.

Great Iron supplement that doesn't taste weird and is easy to drink rather than taking the pills.

I have iron deficiency anemia and can't take the pills because they make me constipated, so I tried this because it said gentle formula. I'm finishing my second bottle with one on the way and as long as they have them this it's all I'll use. I feel so much better and have had no stomach issues. The taste to me is not bad, a little fruity. I mix it in my orange juice or diet Coke and it's fine.

This was a good-tasting product. It can easily be added to a smoothie, and it will blend right in. I haven't tested my iron levels, so I can't comment on the bioavailability yet.

Llevo años con gastritis crónica. Mi estómago se irrita incluso al comer productos con demasiada sal. Tenía un poco de miedo al probar este suplemento, pero sorpresivamente, ¡no me ha causado gastritis en absoluto! Lo tomo acompañado de las comidas e incluso lo he tomado sin alimentos y no he tenido ninguna molestia. Respecto a su efecto: actualizaré mi reseña cuando me haga nuevos estudios de hemoglobina para saber si aumentó su nivel en la sangre después de terminarlo.
