ProSolutions MSO (Methylated Seed Oil) Quart

I add this as a surfactant to the weed killer mix I use in my compression sprayer. Surfactants are chemical compounds that decrease the surface tension between two liquids, The idea is to get the weed killer to stick to the leaves of a certain difficult clover that difficult to kill without it. This clover is not the normal clover that provides good luck, rather a more weedy clover.

I usually add an ounce to a gallon of 20% Triclopyr 4 with diesel fuel for killing American Holly trees, prickly pad cacti, greenbrier (smilax), torpedo grass, blackberry brier and other hard to kill weeds with waxy stems and leaves. I notice a 4-5 day faster rate of deadening with the MSO than without it especially on trees in the same concentrations. Recommended.

I applied this at the recommended application rate of 2 teaspoons per gallon of 8.8% Trichlopyl to kill trees. I sprayed it on a small tree with 5" thick trunk that forked out with two side branches. It killed it very well. I sprayed it directly on the bark and didn't even have to cut or score the tree. The methylated seed oil not only acts as a surfactant, but it also facilitates absorbtion of herbicides through the bark of trees or thick brush, so this product works as advertised. Normally I'd have to cut the trees down with a chainsaw and use an axe to hack up the trunk so it will absorb the Trichlopyl, so using this product makes the job a lot easier. Just spray and walk away.

As far as I can tell the weeds are dying from the herbicide spray I mixed the product with.

I did a lot of research and I bought this product to help kill the crab grass. With just one use the crab grass turned brown and my lawn is looking better already

This will last me a couple of years...add to crabgrass killer to coat the weed leaves. That combination worked well for me.
