The product is not upto the mark and the painting and Prashant ladderopening mechanism is disgusting with the one spring of the lock loose. The painting is not covered on all parts and hence request arrange representative to attend or replace the product with good one

The Seller was not responding since Quality Issue are facing in ladders .Continuously chasing him but not responding. I urge to Amazon please look into this and do the helpful.
