Quality of Havells instant water heater is very good and robust . And sicurity features amazing

The gyeser looks nice and decent. The indicator light is eye catching. Operation is also very easy and very easy to install. But it takes some 3-4min to heat up the water and water temperature is not boiling hot. Hot water can be touched with bare hands. It's ok for taking bath, but don't know what will happen in winter.

Very good and excellent product I had ordered it after proper study as I am also Electrical engineer and Energy Manager. I had seen its review,rating, working also check on you tube for its working manufacturing in Haridwar factory. After checking that it's a Indian brand after Bajaj USHA khetan etc I purchased it. First I received a faulty item but after my complaints Amazon changed it. I am extremely happy with my Havells water heater. It’s a very good product and has worked perfectly for me. The heating performance is excellent — it heats water very fast and reaches a high temperature quickly. The build quality also feels strong and durable. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient water heater. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performance geyser.

My review is not only for this brand. I am telling this generally about the instant water heater. Once you switch on, the heater will heat 3 Lt of water in 2 mins. That is great, but after that, the hot water will not be flowing as you think. it will be just cold water only. How I am managing is, I switch it on and open the tap with very minimal (10% of the actual flow) so that the bucket will fill in 10 mins for you to take a bath. Hence I would suggest the 15 to 25 Lt storage heater only. This is the best option for a saloon, washing vessles during winter, or any commercial use to get a little bit hot water in a shorter time. Brandwise it is good among this category. but dont buy for bath purpose.

It is good and compact sized geyser. Hot water will take about 2-3mins of waiting time. Bought it 3+ yrs back and now facing electric shock issues. Need to connect with Havells customer care Bought on May 4th 2019 for Rs.3594 Service.1: They replaced the coil on April 5th 2023 due to electric shock in hot water tap and water. Have paid Rs.1050 as service charge and for coil replacement. Service.2: They again said to replace the coil on 12th July 2023. I just paid only the visit charge of Rs.250 and decided to throw this geyser in garbage. Before throwing I have dismantled and analysed found the rubber seal in the bottom of the coil is not flexible and is breaking when touching in bare hand. That is the only quality issue I found. Tank and plastic quality is good. This rubber sealant made me to come out of this Havells brand. I don't buy any Havells brand anymore. Attached the images for reference before taking out to garbage Am using Venus Lava water heater from 2015 still working in another bathroom. Better to give another Rs.900 and buy this good product and trouble free and mentally free.
