BISSELL TurboClean + Max StainProtect Formula

1st time using so can’t speak to longevity of this product. Super easy assembly-just click together. Very lightweight and with that feature comes smaller capacity solution tank and narrower cleaning path but worth an extra refill to save your shoulder! Can’t really comment on normal drying time as I make multiple drying sweeps with the cleaner to extract as much moisture as possible and used many fans to speed up drying time. Carpet looks and feels great after dry and throughly vacuuming to remove any residual pet hair or shampoo. It did remove a few spots that my older and much heavier carpet cleaner couldn’t. I used the included Urine Odor solution and carpet smells wonderful. Emptying dirty water tank easy and a few rinses removed all debris. LOVE the feature to removal nozzle cover to clean! Overall very happy with this purchase and hope it will last a few years. It will be used A LOT!

It is a great carpet cleaner for the price! It is small, but it's mighty. I did have to refill the solution tank a few times and empty the waste tank twice for my basement alone, however I don't mind with the price I paid. It is also very light, making it easier to carry up and down the stairs. It pulled out so much dirt that the water was almost black. It proved to me I need a new vacuum 😁 it is a great cleaner if you aren't looking to spend a ton of money.

Works like a charm—powerful and easy to use I was pleasantly surprised by how well this carpet cleaner performs. I initially put it together just to test it out, following the directions, and ended up cleaning two bedrooms and a couple of area rugs because it worked so well. It removed several "stains". Therapeutically speaking it tweaked my cleaning compulsion!!!! It’s easy to assemble, lightweight, and very effective at pulling up dirt and refreshing carpets. The included cleaning formulas are a great bonus and handled everyday messes with no problem. The only drawback is that I wish the dirty water reservoir were larger, since it fills up quickly when you’re doing multiple rooms. That said, it’s a small trade-off for how well it cleans. But I suppose that's what those larger rental units are for- "industrial" like cleaning. I'll trade the handy convenience of pulling this one out the closet . Overall, this machine does exactly what it promises and is perfect for regular home use. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend. Got to go - heading to attack my mothers apartment!

I have always liked Bissell products and this one does not disappoint me. It's smaller than the previous one, but it works better. It is easy to use and you do not have to constantly clean the brushes after each use. You have to empty it more often than the larger cleaners, but I don't mind because it makes a big difference when it comes to cleaning the carpet. I also like the smaller tool for upholstering stairs or upholstery. I wish I had a before and after because this small machine does a great job!

This is perfect, it’s smaller and easy to handle, did a great job on my carpet, rugs and furniture, it was easy to put together and easy to clean. Quality is great it’s a BISSELL, love it and used it immediately

Works really well for small rooms with carpets . I found the suction and cleaning power to be as strong as I expected. You do need to change the water frequently but with a device that’s as sleek as this and easy to use I kinda expected it. That’s why sears uses those big water tanks. it does make your carpets smell brand new and really takes the black gunk up to surface level really like this quality and performance for a fair price

Love this machine, it not heavy, and easy for me to handle, I tried other models and they were too heavy for me without better results, unfortunately mine have only lasted about 2 1/2 -3 yrs. However, I use it a lot. The current machine I ordered appears to be more powerful than the last ones. I'm very pleased.

I’m giving this a three star review because although it cleans very well it’s a pain in the ass to use. First of all, some context. I have an elderly golden retriever who has a problem controlling her bowels. I’ve had her to multiple vets, tried multiple things, and spend thousands of dollars with no resolution. Best guess by everyone is irritable bowel syndrome. Most of my house is tile, with the exception of a couple of rooms. She won’t poop on the tile which creates the problem. First the good parts: The machine is very easy to set up out of the box, it took just a few minutes. The clean water tank is easy to remove and fill, the marking for the cleaning solution level is easy to read. The dirty water tank is clamped onto the base which gives me more confidence that a tight seal to create good suction for water removal is being made. Now the bad parts: The step on lever to release the handle is at the bottom of the handle and unless you have a small foot it’s difficult to release. It would have been better if it protruded more, but this is what we’ve got. The power switch is also down low meaning you have to stand on your head to turn it on and off, plus it’s covered by a clear rubbery cover that makes it more difficult to use. Although the dirty water tank looks large it’s only going to hold about 3/4 of the clean water so you’ll be stopping to empty it fairly quickly. Bend down to floor level and flip that power switch, then unclamp the tank which is also floor level and empty it, Now that it’s empty you either have to reload the clean water tank or finish the last clean water. If you reload you’re using more solution than necessary. Either way you’re back to floor level to clamp the tank down and turn the machine back on. Continue on without reloading and you’ll be out of solution in a couple of minutes requiring you to bend down to the floor level, turn it off, fill the tank, and bend down to floor level and turn it on. It’s amazing how quickly the location of that switch can make your back hurt. The tanks have large handle thst make them easy to carry, however the one on the dirty water tank is so large that it blocks the view of the clear brush cover so you can’t easily see if there is still water being extracted from the area you just cleaned. I’m 6’ tall and I can’t see over the handle to the nozzle unless I stand to the side and pull the machine past me. That’s really hard on the back! Overall the machine does an excellent job of cleaning and extracting, I’m able to keep my carpets very clean in spite of my girls ‘gifts’. But it takes a lot longer to do a carpet because of the continual emptying and filling of tanks and it’s made more taxing because of the location and design of the power switch and handle release lever. I would have sent it back if it didn’t clean as well as it does, but my girl is elderly and eventually I won’t need to use this as often. If this is going to be a machine you use a lot and/or you have large areas you need to clean consider another model, but I’d still recommend a Bissell. This little thing is a pain in the ass to use but it outcleans the much large and more expensive Hoover I used to have.
