I purchased this handsome chair two years ago, and I waited to submit a review until we had a chance to put it through its paces. It has taken a lot of wear and tear on a daily basis, but still looks and feels brand new. The color has remained the same, with no fading or spotting. The upholstery fabric is very soft and velvety to the touch and makes for comfortable seating. Although it’s plushy, it stands up to the wear. It sits in the den of our home, which typically runs cold. The heating feature is great, especially in the winter, and can be set on a timer. Well thought out safety feature. Treating yourself to a massage is one of the best features it has. Especially when you’re fully reclined. The four storage pockets and two cup holders (which pop in and out easily for cleaning) make this a chair to fight over. It has a small footprint for a recliner, and requires only a few inches of wall clearance in the back. The usb ports on the side really come in handy as well, and have multiple uses. I would note that this chair is a comfortable fit for small to average sized people, so if you need extra room in your chair, consider something larger. Overall, we love it and recommend it highly.

I bought this chair to replace an old recliner and so far, it's great. I received it on August 24th and so far, everything works great. First, the assembly was extremely easy. All of the parts lock together with little or no trouble. The only part I had to press on a little bit was the back but even that didn't take much. The wires are very easy to access and the remotes are very simple to hook up. All you do is match colors and connector types. Second, the material is surprisingly soft for the price point. I have sat in the nude on this chair for a good period of time and it feels surprisingly good on my skin. This feels like a chair that I could actually sleep in, and I don't ever sleep in chairs. Finally third, the functions and adjustments for the powered part of the chair work great. The vibrations hit just the right points and aren't very loud. There's also 9 different settings for the vibration presets. The lumbar heater works okay if you don't have a shirt on, otherwise, you don't really feel it that much. The chair fully reclines in less than 10 seconds and puts you close to flat. Finally the complaints. The arms do move a little bit from side to side, but it's not excessive and isn't a structural weakness. The remote that came with the chair started acting up the day after I got it, however, the seller was very responsive and sent a replacement that showed up less than a week after I messaged him. Finally, the lumbar heater isn't very hot and you pretty much need to be shirtless to really feel it. None of these complaints are major or affected my rating for this chair. Overall, this is an amazing chair that proves you don't need to spent $1000+ on a powered chair to get great quality and comfort. The complaints are super minor and have no bearing on how much I love this chair. If you are looking for a powered recliner with massagers and a heater, this is a must buy.

I purchased two chairs for a home remodel project. The price was great, and the complete purchase experience was 100% satisfactory. Everything arrived in excellent condition. The chair is very comfortable, and the fabric is of exceptional quality. Overall, the chair is solid and very sturdy. I encountered a problem with both chairs that required replacing the motor on one of them. The customer support team answered quickly and provided me with a replacement motor unit, which I installed without any issues. I did. However, I experienced the issue in both chairs. I discovered a mechanical problem with the mechanism that raises the leg support frame. As an engineer, I analyze more directly, focusing on the mechanical specifications. On the right side of the mechanical apparatus, when it is raised, the metal components bind at a single point. Both chairs behave similarly when operated. Using the raiser periodically caused one of my charts to fail. The issue was easily detected while you were sitting, and the UP bottom was engaged. A knocking sound is heard from the raisers bumping on the metal frame, which secures the unit to the wood frame. Please note that this only occurs when you are sitting in the chair and attempting to modify your seating position. If you raise or lower the chair without any objects in it, you won't experience the issue. Look at the attached Picture. The weight on "1`" lowers the frame and binds with the frame "2".

Second time I've bought this chair. I'm on the smaller side so the smaller recliner is great! It's very comfortable and easy to put together. The material is soft! It's sturdy when you rise from it.

Chair arrived and looks beautiful. Very comfortable and easy for an older person to use. It actually assembled easily as well. Our issue was getting the heat to work. The massage functions fine they all the settings but the heat doesn’t come on. I saw other reviews with same issue so I contacted MCombo. Once I was in touch with the warranty dept and explained the issue - they sent another remote. Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue. So I contacted them again and the sent out a new chair back and power box. I have connected all different configurations of new parts / old parts trying to find a combo that works and nothing. Now tho if I hold down the heat button for a few seconds the light next to BACK comes on but you can’t get it to turn off and you can’t get the massage to come on. Even the power button on the chair doesn’t do it. I have had to wrestle the heck out of this chair and it is still not working. Currently waiting on response from company to replace with a chair they have tested to work 100% or pick this on up. Pretty much over trying to fix their issue. Update: they are sending replacement chair. This entire ordeal has been quite frustrating- you expect to get what you ordered without issues. The company has responded and worked to resolve so that part is fantastic but not so sure it outweighs the struggle and troubleshooting.
