Got a defective piece

Product is as seen in the pic.and colour is beautiful.it looks good.nice product i would say.but the product i got had some surface irregulatities on the ceramic surface.if not that i would have given a five star.Got replacement which was fine.but it fell lightly in my carpet and its neck broke.so mine didnt last even 24hrs.
