Excellent product. Very premimium product. Great build quality. Water remain warm even after 25 hrs. Comes with unique features like wattage control, inlet pressure value which is very useful to protect your liner from high pressure. Exceptional customer service. Got problem with first delivery but the way customer service team supported me even premium branded companies will not provide. It's worth of your hard earned money. Go for it.

Initially I was hesitant to buy a product which I haven't listened of. Called the customer care mentioned in description and took an overview of the product. I was convinced by his description and eventually brought the geyser. It was perfect in look size and quality. Working well for the last 2 months.Appreciation to the product team. Worth the price.

I bought this item in the month of June 2019 and there is a reason why i am writing this review an year and 4 months later. Like anyone else, I was a bit skeptical in buying a brand that did not have a lot of root in India but the reviews were pretty good and the product was decently priced. No recreates whatsoever after buying. Fast forward, a week ago we noticed some heating issue. The company says it provides 2 years warranty, but we have seen with other products how the warranty works. I contacted the AM team over their web portal and to my surprise, an electrician visit was scheduled the very next day. The electrician came, checked the heater and said that the issue was with the coil and this was mainly caused due to the hardness of the water. He spoke to the AM executive over phone and he was basically told to get the issue fixed and that AM will pay to get the issue fixed, and not ask the customer (me) for any money. Now this is some excellent customer service. So if you are looking for an “A” quality water heater with an “A+” quality service, go with their products.

As long as there is no issue with your heater all is fine. Once there is some issue within the warranty period you will have to learn zen and know to stay patient.You wait till 10 am (though heaters may stop working when u r bathing early morning) to call the customer care, one gentleman picks just to inform you to enter the complain the support page in website.If that was the process why the hell do they have customer support which works only 10 - 7.After you enter the details (taken from your invoice, you have to fill all details in the invoice except your educational qualifications and work experience)Then they reply saying check your mail for our revert by tomorrow. It takes 24 hours for them to tell us what they will do with their complaint.American is the word that we Indians fall for, it is more sober than we all believe.

Product is okayish but you will not get any service. I bought it a month ago and started getting electric current in the hot water tap. I tried contacting on their customer support number but didn't get any response. I wrote an email too but it's been a week with no response.

I have had this product for about 11 months now. I have not had any issues with it at all. Also, at time of installation, I had questions in regards to the installation and American Micronic customer service very helpful, polite, and easy to reach. In regards to the geyser, it has worked flawlessly for 11 months. There is some crackling noise at heating time for me, I have learned this is happening not because of the machine itself, but because my facility at times use heavy bore water which causes particles in bore water to make sound when heating. If your home has soft water, then you will get no noise form heating. If your home has very hard bore water, you will get crackling noises no matter which geyser you install. Either way, this geyser is fantastic and has been reliable.

So far average.Heats water really hot in around 30 minutes.What i don't like is the strange rattling sound that this geyser makes sometimes while water faucet is released.Apart from this annoying sound,the temperature indicator works ,but isn't very precise.It shows temperature to be 50% at times when water is cokpletely cold.So we have deduced that 50% is actually its 0% temperature level.Water pipes had to be bought separately and the company doesn't send any authorised technician for installation.The helpline directed me to get it installed thru urban clap.Packaging was bad.Ordered two 25 litre geysers.Received warranty card in only one.So far as the water heating is concerned,it is quite okay but u have to learn to ignore the annoying rattling sound that comes from.inside the geyser when water inside is hot and water tap is released.
