Two products (1 Kg & 500Gms both of all Class A, B, C & Elect.of Fires) were delivered & described by Mr. Taruni Baishya of Seller right from adjacent State's Gauhati well ahead than expected date. He was very well behaved, sincere & seemed to be honest. He returned 2nd time to handover the screws & plastic plugs for installation (which I told of doing myself later conveniently). I didn't use the products (God forbid) but seemed good. I requested for latest possible manufactured products (as time is essence for expiry) & I got both manufactured just about 4 months earlier! Life span of 5 years. Gas Leak Test Cert.+ Warranty Card & proper Invoice were provided along.

Its a nice product with good service backup. The person who brought it offered to install it, however as my wife was undecided where to get it fixed, the guy rescheduled the visit and installed it nicely.

Completely satisfied with the product. Although I haven't used it, it comes with a 24 hour leak detection test pass certificate and toll free contact nos. Also it's refillable. It can put out class a, b, c and electrical fires. Cannot be used on class d and f fires

Product was hand delivered to house by the ceasefire representative. Instructions were given on use and installation was done. Good services.

Need to have this at home , saves you life , money and provides a great umbrella of safety as India is not a country with homes having built in sprinkler systems or fire alarms etc in most of the homes.
