No service in India
I bought the Delonghi machine because I thought that it was the best. Within the first year it started leaking. I sent it to the authorized Delonghi service center in India. They did not return my machine. They also stopped taking my calls. Finally after 2 months of follow up and talking to the sales head in India, they returned the machine saying that they cannot repair it. If the Delonghi official service team cannot repair their machines, should anyone buy their machines.
