Great product. Value for money spent. Sound is clear and crisp. You can use it for both office meetings and listening music.

Price little high but good product and quality

Reviewing after 2 years of usage. Except a bend in the USB pin due to usage, the audio quality and mic has been working good. There is no volume control feature, the ear cushions may hurt if the headset is used continuously for more than 10 mins. Noise cancellation is good.

Defective product delivered. Microphone is not working. Will try not purchase any product from Amazon. This is second time when I got defective product. Even after paying full amount, we are getting defective products and then after connect with the service center. I don't find it good marketing strategy.Totally disappointed with the quality of service.

Logitech quality has degraded now. Few years back when I purchased same usb headset model, its quality was top notch. But now I cannot see the same clarity in audio and quality is also not good. Finally after 1 year of use, it started giving problem. It gives buzzing sound when other side speaks. Tried in 2-3 computers but problem continued, which means headset has become faulty. Now will contact Logitch support as it has 2 yr warranty. Lets see if Logitech is really supportive and will honour the warrany claim or not!!

The headphones are lightweight, so that one can use it for longer time. I work in a company where I get to engage in online meeting sessions for more or less 6 hours a day. The product never feels heavy on the head. Never have I ever felt buzzing sounds post usage of the headphones. Sometimes I consume online OTT entertainment using the same headphones, where the sound quality really shines well. It gives a very rich sound that one can differentiate the beats wherever possible.Talking about the mic quality, it captures the sound too well that sometimes we need to use noise cancellation apps to cancel nearby person's voice. Although I feel it does reduces the mechanical sounds to certain degree automatically which is a good feature.I am using this product for about 2 years now and Iam really satisfied with the product. I highly recommend this product. It's really value for money product. However, if I had to nitpick a bit, it's noise cancellation could have been a little better.

I purchased the product after going through the reviews on Amazon. Sound quality is good and the microphone works fine. However, the plastic headband(qualilty of plastic) could have been better for the price charged.
