Defective performance of the product
The order was delivered on time, but the product has a performance defect, i.e., the milk/coffee hotness will not last more than an hour. I raised a return request with a replacement order because I needed the product on priority. The request was accepted, but the product has still not been picked up. Now I'm unable to reach customer service for assistance, and the product return policy has expired. Please advise what to do and how to get a replacement for the product.

Think before you buy
This beverage dispenser can hold hot liquids hot only if filled to its full capacity. However, if it is only half-filled or less or more, due to the presence of air in the empty space, it loses its temperature faster. Cleaning is the most tedious task, as coffee dries up in the tube that brings up the coffee and and also in the upper lid. There's no easy way to clean it. It would be really helpful if anyone who is using this can suggest an easy method to clean the lid and the tube. If it is going to be used for water or any other liquid that wouldn't dry up, it will be fine otherwise it's a big inconvenience. Once while travelling, the flask (Which was upright) fell on the car seat and immediately the coffee started pouring out through the spout. It has to be kept upright, when filled, otherwise it will definitely leak.

very nice product , i buyed its been 6 month and absolutly amazing , no issue till now , no leak till now , its quite big , so not good for traveling
